About us

EVG Fine Check is an independently operated informational website based in the United Arab Emirates. We publish plain-language guides to help drivers understand how UAE traffic fines work and how to use official government portals to check and manage them.

We are not a government service. We have no affiliation with the Ministry of the Interior, the Roads and Transport Authority, or any UAE police or traffic authority. What we are is a straightforward, privately run resource for people who want clear answers without wading through complicated official processes on their own.

Who We Are

EVG Fine Check was set up to fill a gap that a lot of UAE drivers run into: the official fine-checking systems work, but figuring out how to use them is not always obvious, especially if you are new to the country or dealing with a system you have never used before.

We are a small, independent team based in the UAE. Our focus is on accuracy, clarity, and keeping the content up to date as rules and systems change. We research directly from official sources, write everything ourselves, and update guides when procedures change. There are no shortcuts in how we work, because getting things wrong does not help anyone.

Every guide on this site is researched against official UAE sources, government portals, published regulations, and official announcements. We do not republish other websites or rely on secondhand information. When something changes, we go back to the source and update accordingly.

We also do not collect personal data, ask for fine payment, or request any sensitive information from our readers. Our role is to point you toward the right official channels, not to act as one ourselves.

We want to be completely transparent about what EVG Fine Check is and is not. This is an independent, privately operated website. We are not connected to the UAE government, the Emirates Vehicle Gate system, or any official authority in any capacity, financial, operational, or otherwise.

We do not process fine payments, access government databases, or provide official vehicle records. Any action that requires official handling, paying a fine, disputing a violation, or requesting an official record needs to be done through the relevant UAE government portal directly. We can show you how to get there; we are not that destination ourselves.
